The R.A.N.T. Strategies K-9 Medical Operator Program

The K-9 Medical Operator Program is an intensive, all-inclusive, hands-on, scenario-based training course that teaches the proper management of the critically injured or ill working dog in the tactical environment. The course incorporates current TC3 and TECC guidelines specific to K-9 anatomy and physiology. This course is designed to meet the tactical medical pre-veterinary medical care provider with the education and skills needed to increase the survivability of their K-9 assets. Reality based education, skill stations and practical scenarios provide the groundwork needed to provide appropriate and competent medical care during a critical situation. This course is targeted to K-9 Handlers, EMTs, Paramedics, Tactical Medics, veterinary personal and anyone who could be tasked with supporting K-9 operations.
