NAEMT Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC)
2-Day Certification Course
The NAEMT TECC program provides evidence-based, scenario-driven training designed to prepare responders to manage trauma in high-threat, dynamic environments. This course teaches students how to rapidly assess, treat, and evacuate casualties during tactical, emergency, or austere incidents using the latest guidelines from the Committee for Tactical Emergency Casualty Care.
Participants will learn:• Threat-based patient assessment• Hemorrhage control techniques• Airway and breathing management• Treatment of traumatic injuries under stress• Rapid evacuation and casualty movement• Integration of medical response within law enforcement, EMS, and civilian settings
TECC is built for EMS providers, law enforcement, security professionals, and prepared civilians who want the skills and confidence to save lives when seconds matter and help is not guaranteed.
Students who successfully complete the course will receive NAEMT certification in Tactical Emergency Casualty Care.
